We can arrange for tailor-made shows and exclusive performances and we will take care of all of the legal, contractual and logistical matters too.

Catering

We work with the world’s finest caterers and chefs across all cuisines, enabling us to design and create the perfect bespoke menu for your event.

We organise private tastings ahead of time, so that you have a chance to meet the chefs and choose from a variety of dishes that have been put together and carefully selected based on your requirements and personal preferences.

We are experienced in catering for all specialist dietary requirements and can accommodate any individual needs and wishes you or your guests may have.

Whether you require mouth-watering canapés and gorgeous champagne, a sumptuous seven-course dinner with perfectly paired wines, or creatively themed food stalls and innovative cocktails, only the highest quality ingredients are used and sourced locally where possible. Each element is beautifully presented, not only tying in with the overall look of your event, but making the food and beverages a wonderful feature in itself.

Logistics

We can take care of all complex and time-consuming logistics, from transportation and accommodation to on-the-day coordination.

Whether you wish to travel via helicopter or private jet; need to charter a plane or a boat; require chauffeured ground transportation, an event shuttle service or special transfer vehicles for your elderly relatives – we will arrange for any transportation you may require.

Do you wish to stay at a private villa or a charming little boutique hotel? Reserve a number of rooms or exclusively book out an entire hotel for your guests? Rent a luxurious chalet or stay on a beautiful yacht? We will take care of all of your needs and find the perfect accommodation for you.

We also handle any event specific logistics that may be required, such as event security, first aid cover, crowd control, event licenses and permits, equipment transport and shipping arrangements, taxi marshals and valet parking.

We leave no stone unturned in making sure your event runs seamlessly.

Guest Administration

From bespoke stationery design, printing and postage; the compilation and management of your RSVPs and guest lists; and the collation of relevant guest information (e.g. individual dietary requirements or special transportation and accommodation needs) to guest check-in and meet & greet – we take care of all guest correspondence and administration you may require.

We offer a personal service, being available at all times to help your guests with any queries leading up to your event and looking after them, and you, on the day.
